As Associate Dean, Gloria leads the professional learning portfolio for Minerva Project, in charge of the strategy, curriculum and pedagogy design, course curation and partner management. Gloria is a thought leader in leadership development, innovation, entrepreneurship, brand management and the science of learning. Gloria developed the "Managing Complexity" program, bringing in leaders and blends in systems thinking, behavioral science, decision leadership and empathy to help leaders thrive in an VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) environment.Previously, Gloria was the Executive Director at Yale School of Management Center for Customer Insights, the Head of Global Onboard Learning at McKinsey & Company, and a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company. As Executive Director at Yale SOM Center for Customer Insights, Gloria worked with CMOs at Fortune500 companies and world-renowned marketing and consumer insights experts to apply behavioral economics and analytical rigor to explore customer insights. Led strategic initiatives and executive education for the Center.
